Delivery time scale 

Your item will be despatched on the next working day from the order been placed,  and posted with Royal mail choice of three delivery options. All delivery time scales for each postal service is normally acurate and first class tracked usually arrives the next working day from despatch. However if you are buying an item as a gift and need it for an exact date please allow yourself three working days from ordering to be on the safe side. I also must state all though all items are promptly despatched I cannot be responsable for any delays occuring within the postal service for what ever other reasons .

If you are not entirely happy with your item, then please return it for an exchange or refund within fourteen working days in the box and packaging you received it in. The item is classed as large letter so you can post it at any post box convenient to yourself. Once your returns have been received your refund will be issued within three working days of receiving your returns. I will email you to confirm you refund has been issued.
